If I Go Will They Miss Me (2026) 100% 9/10 EDIT “Its core story may seem familiar, but everything about the film, from its writing to its direction and performances, radiates with an authenticity and sincerity that helps it circle back around to feeling fresh.” – FandomWire Feb 3, 2026 Full Review Saccharine (2026) 76% 5/10 EDIT “Although the idea of a horror picture for the Ozempic generation sounds compelling on paper, it is too much of a mess in execution to work.” – FandomWire Feb 1, 2026 Full Review Run Amok (2026) 73% 5/10 EDIT “Although NB Mager’s film is somewhat effective as a character drama, it purports to be a satire. And if your metric for measuring the effectiveness of a satire is how much of its humor lands, Run Amok hits many a false note.” – FandomWire Feb 1, 2026 Full Review Everybody To Kenmure Street (2026) 100% 8/10 EDIT “With a powerful story whose importance transcends geographic borders, Everybody to Kenmure Street stands out as one of the most gripping, essential documentaries that you will see this year.” – FandomWire Jan 30, 2026 Full Review The Disciple (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Whether you are a longtime devotee of the Wu-Tang Clan or a neophyte, you’re likely to find something to enjoy in THE DISCIPLE.” – FandomWire Jan 30, 2026 Full Review Send Help (2026) 93% 7/10 EDIT “If you approach Send Help with that mindset — an entertaining popcorn flick and nothing more — you’re likely to walk away feeling like you’ve gotten your money’s worth.” – FandomWire Jan 30, 2026 Full Review The Shitheads (2026) 70% 8/10 EDIT “The S***heads has all the charm of a broad studio comedy, but has the unabashed, balls-to-the-wall edginess of an indie.” – FandomWire Jan 29, 2026 Full Review Tuner (2025) 97% 7/10 EDIT “Tuner isn’t without a few sour notes, but its elements are so melodic when seen as a whole that it’s easy to look past some of the weaker elements.” – FandomWire Jan 28, 2026 Full Review Wicker (2026) 94% 9/10 EDIT “Wicker has a very fun premise, but what elevates the film from a novelty into something genuinely brilliant is the level of sincerity and emotion it brings to its silly, tongue-in-cheek storytelling.” – FandomWire Jan 28, 2026 Full Review In the Blink of an Eye (2026) 18% 3/10 EDIT “If anything, at least the film truly is over in the blink of an eye at a merciful 94 minutes.” – FandomWire Jan 28, 2026 Full Review The Invite (2026) 89% 8/10 EDIT “Even though Wilde’s direction still shows some significant weaknesses, The Invite is propelled by a phenomenal script and a wonderful ensemble that is totally game for everything the story throws at them.” – FandomWire Jan 28, 2026 Full Review Revolver Lily (2023) 5/10 EDIT “Some impressive action sequences aside, Revolver Lily is a mostly dull war drama that struggles to stand out in a genre that has plenty of notable entries.” – FandomWire Jan 27, 2026 Full Review Worldbreaker (2025) 50% 6/10 EDIT “Is Worldbreaker a particularly good movie? No, not really. It’s dumb, it’s generic, and you’ll probably forget most of it by the time the credits roll — if not before. However, sometimes a big, dumb Milla Jovovich monster movie just hits the spot.” – FandomWire Jan 27, 2026 Full Review Once Upon a Time in Harlem (2026) 100% 9/10 EDIT “Every second of footage that David Greaves presents here from his late father is a gift, not only to the audience but also to the world of art in general.” – FandomWire Jan 26, 2026 Full Review The Moment (2026) 64% 3/10 EDIT “With the cast and talent behind The Moment, it really should be something special, but instead, it’s an unfunny, boring experience.” – FandomWire Jan 25, 2026 Full Review Buddy (2026) 81% 7/10 EDIT “It’s a lot of fun, has a great concept, and has no shortage of visual style, but it feels like the type of movie destined more for late night/cult status than mainstream appeal.” – FandomWire Jan 23, 2026 Full Review 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026) 92% 5/10 EDIT “As someone who was not particularly impressed by the final act of Boyle’s film, I would still rather have those ambitious swings and misses than something safe and unaffecting like The Bone Temple.” – FandomWire Jan 13, 2026 Full Review People We Meet on Vacation (2026) 76% 8/10 EDIT “Compared to most of the rom-coms that Netflix seemingly puts out every other week, People We Meet on Vacation is a breath of fresh air.” – FandomWire Jan 9, 2026 Full Review I Was a Stranger (2024) 75% 6/10 EDIT “It is a film made by a Westerner for Westerners, and if you evaluate it on that level, it gets the job done.” – FandomWire Jan 6, 2026 Full Review Scarlet (2025) 68% 5/10 EDIT “One can only hope that the filmmaker returns to the imaginative, original filmmaking that made him such a force to be reckoned with in anime.” – FandomWire Dec 24, 2025 Full Review Merrily We Roll Along (2025) 95% 8/10 EDIT “For those who are already fans, as well as those who aren’t initiated into the world of Stephen Sondheim’s masterpiece, Maria Friedman’s protape is sure to be an engaging, cinematic experience worth a trip out to your nearest multiplex.” – FandomWire Dec 24, 2025 Full Review Jingle Bell Heist (2025) 75% 2/10 EDIT “Jingle Bell Heist is so bad that it almost makes me want to cancel my Netflix subscription… and I don’t even pay for Netflix — it comes included with my cell phone plan.” – FandomWire Nov 26, 2025 Full Review Left-Handed Girl (2025) 98% 8/10 EDIT “Even if Left-Handed Girl largely does live in the shadow of the past collaborations between Shih-Ching Tsou and Sean Baker, it’s a delightful and well-made little movie.” – FandomWire Nov 25, 2025 Full Review King Ivory (2024) 71% 7/10 EDIT “If more B-movies had this level of passion and craftsmanship, it would be a much more respected subgenre of filmmaking.” – FandomWire Nov 25, 2025 Full Review The Carpenter's Son (2025) 31% 5/10 EDIT “It’s a bad movie, and not because of blasphemy or historical inaccuracy, but simply because it feels like you are watching paint dry for an hour and a half.” – FandomWire Nov 11, 2025 Full Review
