Walter Hill, who also directed the first film, surely recognizes the hollowness of what he's doing here. He also hasn't had a hit since "48 HRS.," which no doubt explains why he's once again tilling these charred fields.

Hill exercises his action muscles with numerous sequences of vehicular mayhem that get the blood pumping well enough, but the plot feels decidedly like something written on the fly that lazily rehashes what worked in the original.

For some reason I can't explain this movie gets a lot of hate. I really enjoyed this movie and was excited to see Jack and Reggie back!!! The boys are back!! This time Jack is after the iceman. The twist we get is mind blowing but not something we haven't seen done before. The comedy still hits and I wish we could've gotten a third one. Timothy Treakle

Superb. Nolte and Murphy are having so much fun here. In fact the whole cast are. What I enjoy is that anything hinted or touched on ends up having a place in the story. Productions today are riddled with holes, from set ups that have results that are either forgotten or end up on the cutting room floor to downright lazy and inept writing.

This action pack sequel is even more dirtier & trashier then the first one. And it does what a lot of sequels don't do. It picks up where the original movie left off. It has new villains like the Iceman & Cherry Ganz. Like the way the movie keeps you guessing on who the Iceman is to the very end. Hollywood pretty much all they make now is prequels & sequels. But out of all the sequels Hollywood has put out this one is definitely in the top 10. The soundtrack to the movie is Meh. But Reggie Hammond singing the classics is LOL. When Reggie is on the prison bus belting out a James Brown classic. And his offbeat rendition of Roxanne while he's incarcerated is LOL.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

Pretty inferior to the original in every way, a movie I didn't even really care for that much beyond the leads. Doesn't really have any idea what it wants to be. I like when people get shot with guns and they fly back 20 feet.
