Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship light years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. There are parts of the movie where, like Robert Redford in "All Is Lost" or Matt Damon in "The Martian," Gosling has to carry the load by himself. The fact that he does so effortlessly is an indication of what an old-school movie star can do.

Fun movie, def worth seeing in theater. My hopes were high as a big fan of interstellar, that it would be a little more intellectually stimulating but it still had a degree of that. Gosling delivered well. Some parts were confusing but the story made sense in the end for the most part.

Overall, it was very good. So what if they did not share where the the cells originated or how they were going to address the issue without the galaxy going dark. It was engaging, exciting, and touching. Worth the watch.
